Otovo has offices in Oslo, Stockholm, Paris, Madrid and Rio de Janeiro. The Otovo adventure started in 2016, and since then we have launched products, attracted customers and had a pretty steep learning curve. We will add capabilities, countries and products as we move forward.
We need your help
Otovo is now ready to take our sales operations to the next level, and we are looking for an ambitious and driven star candidate who is passionate about sales excellence and want to have an impact on our global sales. The right candidate has a true desire to lead this journey.
We have local sales teams in all countries and the role will include tight contact with all markets, working with best practices, market insights and trends, thus implementing transparent and streamlined sales-processes throughout our salesforce.
You'll report to group COO and take a key role in driving customer satisfaction, quality, productivity and profitability. You enjoy working with sales, marketing and operations on one hand, and developers and tech people on the other.

As Head of Sales Operations you will
Develop sales strategy and facilitate execution throughout the organization
Implement transparent and streamlined sales-processes throughout the salesforce
Drive scale across our markets by developing and sharing best practices on commercial processes, data and tools
Develop sales excellence frameworks and guidelines, and facilitate training
Take an active part in the planning process and lead performance management
Identify and drive strategic and operational improvement projects
Establish an effective KPI-structure
Identify and understand trends across our markets and customers
Be a sparring partner for the General Managers, Marketing and Product
Desired skills and experience
Masters degree in technology, business or related field
5+ years' experience from Sales excellence, Sales management or in combination with management consulting
Cross market and cross functional experience with proven track record
Experience in working with customer centric projects, and have a drive to understand the customers and markets
Solutions driven mindset with a "get things done" attitude and able to initiate and drive projects to completion
Strong collaboration skills - we're a close knit team where all work together
Ability to build trust through clear and consistent communication to both co-workers and senior management
Data-driven approach, structured, analytical and strong problem solving skills
Entrepreneurial attitude, hunger and humility
Fluency in English
Location at the Otovo head office in the Oslo city centre
