Otovo is setting out to be the number one solar energy company in Europe. We’re building a platform on which hundreds of renewable energy installers input their products, prices and coverage, which we use to provide Otovo-branded standout services to people who want a solar energy system in their home. Customers get the best prices from local, high-quality installers who all adhere to the Otovo product standards and create the Otovo experience.


As Customer & installer support you will be in a high-paced job;

  • Register, manage and solve incoming support tickets on a daily basis

  • Follow-up and support customers experiencing issues with their installation

  • Cooperate with and follow-up installation partners on finding solutions to technical issues

  • Conduct weekly meetings with installation partners to discuss and solve issues

  • Participate in improvement initiatives and take part in developing processes in the support department

As our new colleague in the support department, you will be a part of a young and driven team that share a common passion for solar energy. You will handle a wide range of issues varying from straight forward issues to more complex cases that require both technical insight and interpersonal skills. Being in the beginning of your career, you can expect to have a steep learning curve in this role. Otovo will provide thorough introduction and training with support from experienced colleagues to get you in shape for the challenges ahead! You will also have the opportunity to attend external and internal trainings and lectures to increase your knowledge about the products and the industry. You are a candidate with strong personal drive, integrity and attention to detail. You have a technical degree, and preferably experience with customer support and/or technical problem solving. You thrive in a high-energy work environment. You are dedicated to quality and systematic work. You have an intuitive understanding for prioritization, and know that keeping the customer informed and satisfied is always important.

  • 0-3 years work experience after graduation

  • Strong problem solving skills and known for getting things done

  • Fluent in Swedish, proficient in English
